Version 1.1 is out!

  • administrators

We are pleased to announce the general availability of Phenotate version 1.1. It includes the following new features and enhancements:

    • Phenotype definitions now list synonyms.
    • The comparator now lists phenotypes of student-submitted annotations even if there are no published annotations to compare to. In other words, you don't have to switch back and forth from the Annotator to the Comparator anymore when grading annotations (note that references and citations are still visible only in the Annotator).
    • If OMIM suggests specific onsets for antenatal and adult onsets, such as fetal and middle age onsets, respectively, you will now be able to apply them to all of the phenotypes in your annotation with one click.

As always, feedback is helpful for shaping future releases. Enjoy!
